As COO at Winston Francois, I’ve led cross-functional teams and client engagements end-to-end—aligning stakeholders, clarifying KPIs, improving attribution and reporting, and building the operating cadence that keeps momentum week over week. I’m at my best when I’m mapping the customer journey from first touch to retention, finding friction, tightening handoffs, and making the experience feel seamless while improving conversion and efficiency.
