Cait Anderson

Cait Anderson—a fractional marketing lead and digital growth operator with a COO foundation.

I help founders and leadership teams turn marketing into a predictable growth engine by connecting strategy, execution, and operations. My work sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and systems: I build omni-channel plans rooted in the voice of the customer, then translate them into clear priorities across paid media, lifecycle/email, web, and go-to-market.

As COO at Winston Francois, I’ve led cross-functional teams and client engagements end-to-end—aligning stakeholders, clarifying KPIs, improving attribution and reporting, and building the operating cadence that keeps momentum week over week.
